Created by Evolution in partnership with Endemol Shine, Deal or No Deal is the world’s first 24-hour online live game show. Redefining the live casino concept, Deal or No Deal Live gives you the chance to scoop huge cash prizes, with the added bonus of prize multipliers, exclusive to the game. Join the live host and see if you can ‘beat the Banker’, with Deal or No Deal Live.
How to Play Deal or No Deal Live
Firstly, you are unlikely to be playing on your own. An unlimited number of players are welcome to join in the fun. Before that, though, you need to qualify. You do so by spinning a three-reel bank vault with each spin determining the amount of money in the top-prize briefcase by 75x - 500x and opening the bank vault.
However, you can play this stage at three levels of difficulty - Normal, Easy, or Very Easy. If you go for Very Easy, it will cost you 9x your original stake, whereas Easy will cost you 3x, and Normal 1x.
Once you have qualified by opening the vault, you will be sent to the prize-top-up wheel with more multipliers (5x-50x) to try to increase the money in one or more of the other briefcases. You click on a briefcase, and place your bet to spin the wheel and win the corresponding multiplier of where it stops.
After that, it’s time to face the music, with the live game show aspect of the game, to see if you can find that top prize. There are four rounds in the main game, leading to the final round with only two briefcases remaining. At this point, you must either accept the Banker’s offer or reject it in favour of the value of the last two briefcases.
How to Win Deal or No Deal Live
As with the TV show, the sixteen briefcases all contain a number, chosen at random, from 1-16. A predetermined number of briefcases are opened, revealing their numbers, after which, the banker will call to offer a cash alternative.
You win the game by either taking the banker’s offer and having it be larger than the sum you would have won from the remaining briefcases, or by securing the top-prize briefcases.
Special Features & Bonuses
Everything about this game is pretty special, from the non-stop nature of the 24-hour format to the live interactive host and slick studio setting. However, there are a couple of features that help progress the action and could boost your final payout. Here’s a quick recap of how everything works:
Bank Vault
This is a three-reel bank vault wheel powered by a Random Number Generator (RNG). Your objective is to align the gold segments in the allotted time, to open the bank vault and qualify for the next round. With each spin, you can multiply the hidden amount in the top-prize briefcase by 75x-500x your stake.
You also get to choose which of the 16 briefcases is the top-prize briefcase. As noted above, you choose (and pay for) the level of difficulty you prefer for aligning the segments, from 1x Normal, 3x Easy or 9x Very Easy.
Top-Up Wheel
Again, powered by the RNG, the second stage in the game is the top-up round. Activated by opening the bank vault, this round features another wheel, and once again, you only have a small window of time to choose which briefcases to top up by 5x-50x your bet. Here, the amount you bet will increase the multipliers available on the wheel, and therefore increase the value of your chosen briefcase.
The Banker
As in the TV show, the aim of the game is to ‘beat the banker’. You won't see or hear this mysterious entity, but you must try to predict whether they are bluffing with their offers and answer the ultimate question - Deal or No Deal?
Design & Theme
Based on the hit TV show of the same name, Deal or No Deal Live has managed to replicate the look and feel of the TV version. Just like the show, you will be presented by 16 identical and unmarked silver briefcases, and a live host with a microphone will take you through the proceedings.
The game is broadcast 24-hours a day from a designated studio featuring lights and podiums to create the atmosphere of a real game show. And just like the TV show, the host will also interact with the mysterious ‘Banker’ relaying messages between the two of you.
Deal or No Deal Live RTP
The maximum win is 500x your bet and the RTP is 95.42%, however, if you make the wrong call, you could end up finishing the game with nothing. The first two stages are all about luck, and the final showdown with the banker is a test of nerve and the willingness to take a risk. You can choose to stake low amounts to mitigate the risk, and there is a level of control which means the game may appeal to different types of players.
Our Verdict
Following the success of the Deal or No Deal TV show and the subsequent slots, this latest offering from Evolution takes you as close to the action as you can get. The suspense and ‘all or nothing’ concept of the game is exciting, and coupling it with RNGs is innovative and allows for significant prizes.
If that wasn’t enough, Deal Or No Deal Live is not only available 24 hours a day, it also adapts perfectly to any desktop, tablet or mobile device, so you really can play it anytime, anywhere. Deal or No Deal Live is already becoming one of the most sought-after live casino titles for online casinos to snap up, and it’s not hard to see why. So, what will it be, Deal or No Deal?
